Welcome to pk99. This Terms and Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between you and the pk99 platform. Key Definitions

• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka; all transactions are conducted in this currency.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account on pk99 and use any of our services. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age verification at any stage during or after registration.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method — is a clear violation of these terms. In such cases, pk99 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all funds.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information.
• You must notify pk99 promptly if your personal information changes.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk99 may request identity verification documents at any time in the interest of safety and security. This may include copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on pk99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the specific method and account tier.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• pk99 reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pk99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds received, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 wagered makes winnings from the bonus withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Using bonus funds to fulfil the conditions of cashback or other bonuses is prohibited.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is specified in each individual offer.
• pk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme.
• If fraudulent claiming of bonuses is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

pk99 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Unlawful coordination with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or attack the platform's security.
• Impersonating or pretending to be another user.

If any of the above violations are detected, pk99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action where necessary.

6.1 Betting Policy

All betting activities, including sportsbook and casino games, are governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. The original stake is refunded for bets cancelled due to technical issues.

6.2 Bet Limits

pk99 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event. These limits may change based on market conditions and risk management needs.

6.3 Erroneous Game Results

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error or any other reason, pk99 reserves the right to void that result and refund the stake. No payment will be made on the basis of an erroneous result.

6.4 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, the result will be determined based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection. pk99 is not responsible for connection issues on the user's end.
